Karen Berenson, Certified Personal Trainer

My Matcha Life matcha is an integral part of my daily routine. I’m a leaner, more focused athlete as a result.” ~ Karen Berenson

Whether you’re lacing up for a competitive race or just running errands around town, you’ll be far more efficient with a body that’s agile, flexible, strong and balanced.

I remember when I couldn’t run a mile. Yet here I am, a few years later, having competed in eight (8) marathons and nine (9) half-marathons not to mention a host of fun runs.

I do it because I thought I couldn’t. I do it because I have a competitive spirit. I do it for a million reasons but, at the end of the day, the most important thing is: I DO IT.

Whatever your “it” is, I want to be there. Whether you’re a runner or a non-runner with spirit, I can help you get fit running and running fit.

I am certified by the National Council on Strength and Fitness as a Personal Trainer and by Precision Nutrition as a certified Nutrition Coach.

A graduate of UW-Whitewater with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, I built a 12-year career in financial services before embarking on my dream to promote the health and well-being of others. My approach to personal training is simple. It’s the same way I approach every aspect of my life, I practice what I preach. I recognise that without health life cannot be fully lived.

Whether you’re recovering from joint surgery or training for your next race, I love the process of discovering what makes you, you — your goals and dreams, strengths and weaknesses, skills and abilities — and tailoring a program designed specifically for your unique capacity to succeed.

Join me in a health-inducing discovery of you.

Karen Berenson
