WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments through:

Taxes are assessed only on products sold within Canada according to regional sales tax rates.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

  • US and Canada: $6 USD flat rate shipping
  • All other countries: $35 USD
  • Free shipping on orders within the USA and Canada over $58 USD *

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship via USPS in the US and Canada Post in Canada. International shipments are via DHL with tracking to the door.

HOW LONG FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Generally, we ship orders within 1 business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. After your order has shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for the US, up to 1 week for shipments within Canada, and 2-4 weeks for international shipments.

WHICH CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PRICED IN?

All prices are posted in either US (USD) or Canadian (CAD) dollars depending on your location. If not automatically selected for you, you can manually select the correct currency using the “Your Currency” buttons located in the top-right corner of each web-page.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, with a valid Return Authorization Number (RA Number).

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
  • All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA Number)
  • To obtain an RA Number you must provide the following information before your items are returned:
  1. Order Number
  2. Item quantity and description
  3. Reason for returning
  • Returned products must be in resalable condition, i.e., no damage or defacement in any way.
  • Unless otherwise indicated, the customer is responsible for freight charges on all returns.
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Refunds on approved returns will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account.

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping options at this time.
