DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

You bet, unless otherwise stated, every order of $60 or more qualifies for FREE shipping. That applies to orders placed in both the United States and Canada.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

  • US and Canada: $6 USD flat rate shipping. Currency exchange rates will apply.
  • All other countries: $35 USD

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments through:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • PayPal

Note: taxes are applied only on non-consumable products sold within Canada and are based on regional sales tax rates.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship via USPS in the US and Canada Post in Canada. International shipments are via DHL with tracking to the door.

HOW LONG FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Generally, we ship orders within 1 business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. After your order has shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for the US, up to 1 week for shipments within Canada, and 2-4 weeks for international shipments.

WHICH CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRODUCTS & SHIPPING PRICED IN?

All prices are posted in either US (USD) or Canadian (CAD) dollars depending on your location. If the wrong currency appears, simply proceed to Checkout where a final algorithmic analysis will apply the correct currency prior to actual payment.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, with a valid Return Authorization Number (RA Number).

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
  • All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA Number)
  • To obtain an RA Number you must provide the following information before your items are returned:
  1. Order Number
  2. Item quantity and description
  3. Reason for returning
  • Unless otherwise indicated, the customer is responsible for freight charges on all returns.
  • Refunds on approved returns will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account.

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping options at this time.
