Lets Make Matcha White Hot Chocolate
½ tsp. Barista’s Matcha Tea2 cups milk or milk substitute½ cup white chocolate chips½ tsp. vanilla extract
1. In a saucepan stir milk, chips and vanilla over medium heat until chips melt; do not boil2. Put a few tablespoons into a bowl, add matcha, and stir or whisk until matcha paste is smooth3. Remove saucepan from heat and mix in the matcha paste.
Option: serve with a dollop of whipped cream & sprinkle of cinnamon
