
Matcha White Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
½ tsp. Barista’s Matcha Tea
2 cups milk or milk substitute
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
1. In a saucepan stir milk, chips and vanilla over medium heat until chips melt; do not boil
2. Put a few tablespoons into a bowl, add matcha, and stir or whisk until matcha paste is smooth
3. Remove saucepan from heat and mix in the matcha paste.
Option: serve with a dollop of whipped cream & sprinkle of cinnamon
