Lets Make Matcha Peppermint Bark
2 bars White Baking Chocolate (4 oz. each), chopped finely2 tsp Foodies Matcha Tea1 Candy Cane or 4 – 5 Peppermint candies, crushed
1. Microwave chopped chocolate for 30 seconds, stir and repeat until smooth, don’t overheat2. Add matcha powder and stir until well mixed3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper4. Pour chocolate onto parchment and spread until approx 1/3 inch thick5. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top6. Place in refrigerator for 20 – 30 minutes7. Break into pieces, gift or eat
