1 – 2 dates
or 1 tbsp coconut
or 1 tbsp maple syrup
or 10-15 drops liquid Stevia
2 tbsp chia seeds (whole or ground)
Optional Toppings
- Blueberries, blackberries, sliced strawberries
- Coconut whipped cream
- Toasted unsweetened coconut
