1 cup flour ( option: gluten free blend of 1/2 cup brown rice flour and 1/2 cup coconut flour )
1 tbsp. Foodie’s Matcha powder
1 tbsp. flax meal powder
1/3 – 1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (milk of choice)
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1. Mix together dry ingredients, mix together wet then add them together and continue to mix. Fold in chocolate chips.
2. Add mixture to greased doughnut pan and bake at 325°F for 10-12 minutes.
3. Let cool then drizzle with melted chocolate sauce (1/4 cup chocolate chips and 1 tsp melted coconut oil).
