Lets Make Chocolate Chip Matcha Doughnuts
1 cup flour ( option: gluten free blend of 1/2 cup brown rice flour and 1/2 cup coconut flour )1 tbsp. Foodie’s Matcha powder1 tbsp. flax meal powder1/3 – 1/2 cup coconut sugar1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1 egg1/3 cup melted coconut oil1/2 tsp. vanilla1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (milk of choice)1/4 cup chocolate chips
1. Mix together dry ingredients, mix together wet then add them together and continue to mix, fold in chips2. Add mixture to greased doughnut pan and bake at 325°F for 10-12 minutes3. Let cool then drizzle with melted chocolate sauce (1/4 cup chocolate chips and 1 tsp melted coconut oil)4. Enjoy!
