1/2 cup large flake oatmeal
1/2 cup milk or milk substitute
2 spoonfuls of trail mix
1/2 teaspoon Foodie’s Matcha Tea
2-3 teaspoons honey or agave
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and stir.
2. Place overnight in fridge.
3. Re-heat or have cold.
4. Garnish with fruit, nuts, etc.
Tip: You can use yogurt in place of part of the milk.
Tip: Oatmeal keeps well for a few days so double or triple the recipe for convenience.
