Lets Make No Cook Overnight Oatmeal
1/2 cup large flake oatmeal1/2 cup milk or milk substitute2 spoonfuls of trail mix1/2 teaspoon Foodie’s Matcha Tea2-3 teaspoons honey or agave1/2 tsp vanilla extractDash of cinnamon
1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and stir2. Place overnight in fridge3. Re-heat or have cold4. Garnish with fruit, nuts, etc.
Tip: You can use yogurt in place of part of the milk.Tip: Oatmeal keeps well for a few days so double or triple the recipe for convenience.
