Let’s Make Matcha Popsicles

Mixing bowlPopsicle mouldPopsicle sticks
Ingredients
2 1/2 tbsp matcha powder1/2 cup hot water1/3 cup agave nectar1 15 oz can of coconut milk2/3 cup oat milk
Directions
1. Start by adding the matcha powder to the mixing bowl, then add the hot water and use a whisk or the back of a spoon to get rid of any lumps.2. Add the coconut milk, oat milk and agave nectar and stir. Taste the mixture and add more agave if desired. Pour the mixture to fill each popsicle mould. Place lid over moulds, then insert popsicle sticks.
Note: Be sure to keep the sticks straight.Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours before serving.
Removing From Moulds
Remove the lid and release one popsicle mould, run under warm water (not hot water) and gently tug on the popsicle stick until it slides easily out of the mould.
