Matcha Oat Pancakes Recipe

Lets Make Matcha Oat Pancakes


2 tablespoons Foodie’s Matcha Tea
½ cup flour
½ cup oats
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
¾ cup milk or milk substitute


1. Mix all ingredients
2. Heat the griddle or pan and add a little butter or cooking oil
3. Scoop ¼ cup batter and cook until brown on the bottom
4. Flip and cook until both sides are golden
5. Serve immediately, add optional toppings.

Optional Toppings

• Butter or peanut butter
• Maple syrup or honey
• Toasted nuts
• Fresh or dried fruit
