Lets Make Matcha Oat Pancakes
2 tablespoons Foodie’s Matcha Tea½ cup flour½ cup oats1 egg1 tsp. baking powder½ tsp. baking soda½ tsp. salt¾ cup milk or milk substitute
1. Mix all ingredients2. Heat the griddle or pan and add a little butter or cooking oil3. Scoop ¼ cup batter and cook until brown on the bottom4. Flip and cook until both sides are golden5. Serve immediately, add optional toppings.
• Butter or peanut butter• Maple syrup or honey• Toasted nuts• Fresh or dried fruit
