2 tablespoons Foodie’s Matcha Tea
½ cup flour
½ cup oats
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
¾ cup milk or milk substitute
- Butter or peanut butter
- Maple syrup or honey
- Toasted nuts
- Fresh or dried fruit
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Heat griddle or pan and add a little butter or cooking oil.
3. Scoop ¼ cup batter and cook until brown on the bottom.
4. Flip and cook until both sides are golden.
5. Serve immediately, add optional toppings.
