Matcha Mojito Recipe

Ingredients

Ice cubes or crushed ice
Fresh mint leaves
3 – 4 lemon and lime slices
1 tablespoon sugar (or more to taste)
1 tsp. Barista’s Matcha Tea
1.5 oz. white rum
½ cup soda water

Directions

1. Muddle mint leaves, lemon/lime slices and sugar in a glass.
2. In a separate cup or bowl: combine matcha with 2 tablespoons rum, whisk until smooth, then mix in remaining rum.
4. Add ice to glass then pour rum mixture on top.
5. Add soda water and enjoy.
