Matcha Ginger Banana Muffins Recipe

Lets Make Matcha Ginger Banana Muffins


1 tbsp Foodie’s Matcha Tea
1 1/3 cups white flour
2 – 3 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp organic sugar
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp sea salt

Wet Ingredients

2 1/2 mashed bananas
1 cup orange juice
2 tsp flax seeds


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
3. Stir flax seeds into orange juice and let sit for 3 minutes, then mash in bananas
4. Fold all wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes or until toothpick removes easily from centre of muffin.
