Lets Make Matcha Ginger Banana Muffins
1 tbsp Foodie’s Matcha Tea1 1/3 cups white flour2 – 3 tsp baking powder3 tbsp organic sugar1 tsp ginger powder1 tsp sea salt
2 1/2 mashed bananas1 cup orange juice2 tsp flax seeds
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl3. Stir flax seeds into orange juice and let sit for 3 minutes, then mash in bananas4. Fold all wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes or until toothpick removes easily from centre of muffin.
