Lets Make Matcha Yogurt Parfaits
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt1 teaspoon Foodie’s Matcha Tea
Directions
1. Mix matcha and yogurt together2. Add optional toppings.
Optional Toppings
• Sliced almonds, cashews or other nuts• Blueberries, strawberries or other berries• Granola, corn flakes, or other cereal• 1 tsp. chia seeds or ground flax seeds• A drizzle of honey or agave• Sliced peaches, bananas or other fruit• Mix in: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
