HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship via USPS in the United States from Blaine, Washington and Canada Post or Sendle from Vancouver B.C. in Canada. International shipments are via DHL with tracking to the door.
HOW LONG FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Generally, we ship orders within 1-2 business days. You receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days in the United States; up to 1 week for shipments within Canada; and 2-4 weeks for international shipments.
WHICH CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRODUCTS & SHIPPING PRICED IN?
All prices are posted in either US (USD) or Canadian (CAD) dollars depending on your location. If the wrong currency appears, simply proceed to Checkout where a final algorithmic analysis will apply the correct currency prior to actual payment.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, with a valid Return Authorization Number (RA Number).
- All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA Number)
- To obtain an RA Number you must provide the following information before your items are returned:
- Order Number
- Item quantity and description
- Reason for returning
- Unless otherwise indicated, the customer is responsible for freight charges on all returns.
- Refunds on approved returns will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account.
