Ingredients:
12 oz silken tofu (not dessert or semi-firm)
1 tbsp MML Foodie’s Matcha Tea
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp corn syrup (substitute maple or agave)
Directions:
1. Blend silken tofu, matcha, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth 2.Pour the mixture into short serving glasses or tiny pots.
