I felt energized all afternoon and evening, my eyes weren’t as tired as usual after a long day of data entry. Had a great workout at the gym in the evening and was able to read a book without napping at home then fell asleep at 10:30 so it didn’t bother my sleeping which is great.

Instead of that energy “jolt” I feel with coffee or energy drinks, it was a smooth increase. It provided more endurance for my workout and mental focus e.g. increasing time on bike and working on tasks later than usual.
