Lets Make Healthy Vegan Matcha Lime Chia Pudding

Ingredients

1/2 to 1 lime, zest and juice
2 tsp Foodies Matcha Tea
14 oz can of coconut milk
1 – 2 dates or 1 tbsp coconut or 1 tbsp maple syrup or 10-15 drops liquid Stevia
2 tbsp chia seeds (whole or ground)

Optional Toppings

• Blueberries, blackberries, sliced strawberries
• Coconut whipped cream
• Toasted unsweetened coconut
